The recharge offer(s) are applicable for all the valid subscribers of the Company except for the subscribers availing Special Offers. The offer(s) can be availed only upon payment of the total monthly subscription amount of the connection including the charges of any add on channel/packages availed. Similarly, in case of Multi TV connection, benefits of the offer shall be calculated on the basis of the entire monthly subscription amount including the parent and all the child connections. If however the subscriber recharges on the basis of Base Pack value of the parent connection only, the recharge benefits would be processed based on amount paid by the subscriber. The offer(s) can be availed only upon payment of the entire amount (as applicable) in a single transaction. If the recharge is done through any mode other than through the website of Dish TV, the subscriber needs to subsequently give a missed call to 18002700778 within 7 Days of recharge to avail the Offer. Subscription period would be reduced in case of deduction of any applicable charges and on availing any additional paid services VAS, Add-On Pack(s) etc. Month refers to a period of 30 days. Rs 25 FEE Waiver:
In case your DishTV account gets deactivated on account of non-payment of subscription fee before the Switch Off date, you will not be charged any amount if you recharge within 3 days after your Switch Off. However, after that you shall be required to pay a nominal amount of Rs. 25/- as Fee to cover CAS, middleware and other administrative costs incurred towards maintaining your account during the de-active period.
