This is a limited period promotional offer (Offer) is provided to you by Cloudtail India Private Limited (Seller) and made available on href=https://www.baapoffers.com/links?url=www.amazon.in and the mobile application/ website thereof (collectively, Amazon.in) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (Amazon).
These Offer terms and conditions (Offer Terms) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale to which you agree by using Amazon.in and the terms and conditions applicable for the Amazon.in Gift Cards (Gift Card Terms) issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited (QwikCilver). To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only. To the extent the Gift Card Terms are inconsistent with these T&Cs; these Offer Terms shall prevail with respect to the Offer only. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Amazon/ the Seller shall have the right to revoke the Offer at any time without any prior written notice in this regard.
You may only avail this Offer if you are: (a) located in India; (b) have set India as your current country in your account settings on the Amazon.in; (c) have a billing address in India; and (d) have a valid Amazon.in account
This Offer will commence on March 25, 2017 and continue till March 29, 2017 (both days inclusive) (Offer Period) unless extended or revoked by the Seller at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
During the Offer Period, any person who purchases a product which is listed on [http://href=https://www.baapoffers.com/links?url=www.amazon.in/b?ie=UTF8&node=12940781031], from the Seller (each such product is hereinafter referred to as Product and each such person as a Purchaser), will be eligible to receive an Amazon Gift Card worth INR 500 (issued by QwickCilver) which amount will reflect as Amazon Pay Balance in the Amazon.in account of the eligible Purchaser (Benefit)
Subject to these Offer Terms, the Benefit will be credited to the Amazon.in account of the eligible Purchasers on or before May 15 2017.
This Offer can be availed by a Purchaser only twice i.e. a Purchaser cannot avail a Benefit/ Amazon Pay Balance worth more than INR 1000 per Amazon.in account per Purchaser.
The Offer will not be available on any other product listed on Amazon.in other than the Product(s). Notwithstanding anything contained herein, this Offer will not be available on any Product which is returned or refunded by the Purchaser or if the order for such Product is cancelled by the Purchaser or the Seller.
The Seller reserves the absolute right to withdraw and/ or alter any of these Offer Terms at any time without prior notice.
Amazon Pay Balance is a sum of all balances associated with Gift Cards in your Amazon.in account. Gift Cards are issued by QwikCilver and are subject to the Gift Card Terms. The Gift Card, including Amazon Pay Balance will expire one year from the date of issuance by QwikCilver. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. By participating in this Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and expressly agree that: (a) Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer; and (b) Amazon will not mediate any disputes or differences between you/ the Purchaser and the Seller in relation to this Offer.
These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.
