1. This promotional offer is conducted by HDFC Bank. All other terms and Conditions as laid down by HDFC Bank shall continue to apply.
2. Any participation by the Card Holder/s shall be voluntary. Card Holder/s for this Promotion shall mean HDFC Diners Club International Credit Card holders only.[Cardholders]
3. This Offer shall commence on 02nd July, 2015 and shall run till 31st March, 2016 [Term]. Term used in these Terms and Conditions would refer to Movie One on One Offer.
4. Movie one on One Offer is applicable only on HDFC Bank Diners Club Credit Cards. To avail this offer, payments needs to be made on HDFC Bank Diners Club Credit Cards only, during the offer period.

5. This offer is only applicable on booking of ticket by payment through HDFC Bank Diners Club credit card and is not applicable for bookings made by redemption of reward points on the credit card.
6. This offer is not applicable on Corporate/Commercial Credit Cards.
7. The Card Holder can avail a maximum of 2 free movie tickets in a calendar month. Discount amount on a movie ticket will be equal to ticket value or Rs. 500/-, whichever is lower, per movie ticket.
8. Customer has to compulsorily select Movie One on One Offer under offer section to avail the discount.
9. If eligible, for booking of two movie tickets in one instance, discount value will be applicable for one movie ticket (or Rs 500, whichever is lower). For booking of three tickets in one instance, discount value will be applicable for one movie ticket (or Rs 500/-, whichever is lower). For booking of four tickets in one instance, discount value will be applicable for two movie tickets (or Rs 1000/-, whichever is lower).
10. HDFC Bank reserves the absolute right to withdraw and / or alter or change any of the terms and conditions of the Offer as it may deem fit without any prior intimation whatsoever.
11. HDFC Bank reserves the absolute right to withdraw the Offer at any point of time without any prior intimation whatsoever.

13. HDFC Bank reserves the sole/ exclusive right to disqualify any Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out by the Card Holder/s for the purpose of availing the benefits under this offer or otherwise.
14. This Offer is subject to the laws of India only. All disputes shall be the subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai only.
